    1.Before purchase, please read user guide and notices thoroughly. If the buyer isn’t the passenger, the buyer will be regarded as the deputy, meaning that he/she is obligated to inform the passenger of such notices and regulations, after clicking “I agree”, legal effect applies to the passenger as well, we do not accept not knowing about it as an effective reason afterwards.

    2. This system is available 24 hours, Kenting Express tickets for the next 30 days are available for booking before 15:00 each day. For example, Tickets between January 2nd to January 30th can be booked before 15:00 of January 1st. Tickets between January 3rd and January 31th can be booked after 15:00 of January 1st.

    3. Ticket purchasing of the specified date ends on 15:01 the day before, for example, tickets for January 2nd could not be purchased after 15:01 of January 1st.

    4. After purchase, please bring your mobile QR CODE or email receipt to the platform directly and be ready to board 5 minutes before departure time, QR CODE will be scanned in order to board. If you have concerns about the internet connection, please take a screenshot of your QR CODE, do not use QR CODE in email attachment for scan (black background will not work). No boarding will be allowed without your QR CODE, QR CODE will be scanned again once you get off. If passengers decide to board earlier / later than the time stated on the ticket, they are accepted to board other Expresses on the same day, but no seats will be reserved and passengers will be asked to wait in line.

    5. Please board the Express on the same date as stated on the ticket, we do not allow passengers to reuse tickets or use tickets of a different date. Tickets after the stated date will be regarded as expired and will not be accepted nor refunded. Please do not offer your tickets to someone else, legal responsibilities will be required otherwise.

    6. If your mobile runs out of battery, you can provide your order information and ask for a paper-based QR code at the Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station. The original QR CODE will expire, exchange for paper-based QR CODES is limited only once.

    7. Please board at the place stated on the ticket, for passengers departing from Zuoying, please board at Bus Platform 2 at HSR Zuoying Station. Passengers departing from Kenting, please board at stops at Fuwua,Nanwan, Hengchun. (At Hengchun station, Please show your tickets to the staffs). If you miss the express on the locations mentioned above, seats will not be reserved. This reservation service does not include assigning specific seats.

    8. For your own safety, please fasten your seatbelt during the entire trip.

    9. If you need a payment certificate, please bring your mobile QR CODE or email receipt to the Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station.

    10. This service does not apply to the 7 days warranty period. (According to the Consumer Protection Act Article 19 Paragraph 2 which disables Article 19 Paragraph 1)

    11. Concession tickets are available to
       (1) Senior citizens at the age of 65 or above:
            (i)with ROC ID cards
        or(ii)Senior Citizen Cards
       (2) Holders of Disabled Cards. Must ride with a guardian or a partner.
       (3) Children below 12 years old at height of 115cm and below 145cm can purchase  
    However, their personal IDs should be examined. Additional fees or repurchasing tickets will be required if you do not qualify.
    Free:
    Children at the height of 115cm or below or children below 6 years old but at the height above 115cm are allowed to take on the buses free with valid IDs, but they must be accompanied by adults with valid tickets, should not take any seat.

    12. Passengers using QR CODES, please board according to the number of passengers stated on the ticket. If the number of passengers does not equal the actual number, additional fees will be charged. Passengers can change ticket at the Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station, but additional handling fees will be charged.
    For example, the order is 6 Round trip tickets for 6 people from Zuoying to Kenting, on the specified date, one person isn’t able to attend. The order can be changed to round trip tickets for 5 people, but 10% of one person handling fee will be charged.

    13. The online payment procedure indicates the payment has been made with a credit card, if you do not receive email or cannot find the history of that order on the website, the website will consider it as a failed transaction. Please purchase your ticket again. 

    The bank will be informed to cancel the transaction, but the refund procedure will need days to process (the actual number of days depends on the schedule of the issuing bank).

    14. If the QR CODE presented is for more than two people, the passengers will need to board and exit at the same stop. Once found that number of passengers does not equal the actual number, additional fees will be charged on site. For example, 2 full tickets and 2 concession tickets were purchased, Zuoying to Kenting, however, actually it’s 3 full tickets and 1 concession ticket, NT$401-200=NT$201 will be charged. (Starting January 1st, 2018)

    15. This system only sells one way and Round trip tickets between Zuoying and Kenting, no short distance tickets are sold. Please purchase short distance tickets at the Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station on the date of travel if needed.

    16. We accept Credit Card Payment Method. (We do not accept American Express and Union Pay at the moment.)

  • 【Kenting Express QR CODE Ticket】Tickets refund regulations

    1. Tickets refund: passengers may cancel their order online no later than 15:00 the day before the stated date, additional fees may be charged, all procedures will be done through credit card and will need at least 14 business days to finish. (Not including holidays and weekends.)
    ** Returning expenses might not appear in the bill on the same month, if your bank processed the refund after your credit card billing date, the refund will appear in your next bill. Please contact your bank of issuance if needed. **

    2. For the ones who have exceeded the time mentioned above, passengers must get to the Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station 30 minutes before the boarding time stated on the ticket in order to change tickets
    Notice: Ticket refund will not be accepted once you miss your boarding time or the Kenting Express Service hours.

    3. Handling fee accounts for 10% of your ticket price. For example, Price for a one-way adult full ticket is NT$401, handling fee will be NT$40. One-way concession ticket costs NT$200, handling fee will be NT$20. Round trip tickets costs NT$600, handling fee will be NT$60.

    4. Round trip ticket will be NO VALID if you cancel outbound/inbound ticket, please repurchase again. If you are unable to refund your ticket, please contact us.

    5. Booked tickets refund only for tickets paid on the website: www.fun2tw.com, tickets purchased on site or other website could not be refunded.

    6. QR ticket reservations made on the website: www.fun2tw.com(official website), once cancelled at the Kenting Express counter at HSR Zuoying Station, will be refunded to your credit card account, no refund in cash will be made.

    1. Change your purchase(one way): For the passengers whose tickets are still available and valid, if you wish to change expresses, please apply for refund no later than 15:00 the day before, and repurchase tickets using the same account within the next 30 minutes. Once verified, additional fees will not be charged. If the latest ticket amount does not coincide with or less than order before, additional fees will be charged.

    2. Change your purchase(Round trip): For the passengers whose tickets are still available and valid, if you wish to change expresses, please apply for refund no later than 15:00 the day before(depend on the eariler ticket), and repurchase tickets using the same account within the next 30 minutes. Once verified, additional fees will not be charged. If the latest ticket amount does not coincide with or less than order before, additional fees will be charged.

    3. Change your purchase only for tickets paid on the website: www.fun2tw.com, tickets purchased on site or other website or in convenience stores could not be changed.

  • Regulations regarding ticket refund in the case of force majeure events

    Regulations regarding ticket refund in the case of force majeure such as typhoon/earthquake/natural disasters

    1. If the Kenting Express is out of service due to results of force majeure, we will announce the latest notices at the Kenting Express counter, Facebook of Fun2TW, official website of Fun2TW (https://www.fun2tw.com/News), travelers can refund their tickets according to the following regulations.

    2. If Kenting Express 9189 is out of service due to the reasons mentioned above, unused tickets (according to the date stated on the ticket) could be refunded within seven days since the announced date of unavailability.

    3. If the boarding date is between the day before and after the Central Weather Bureau issue a land warning for the typhoon, unused tickets (according to the date stated on the ticket) could be refunded within seven days since the announced date of unavailability.

    4. Tickets refund:

    You may cancel your order online no later than 15:00 the day before the stated date.

    Or you can call us or email us and provide the following:
    (1)Name of reservation
    (2)Order number
    (3)Contact information<Phone number or email address>, and you will receive a full refund without charge.

    You may also refund the tickets at the Kenting Express Counter at HSR Zuoying Station. Those who fail to apply for the refund within the stated date(exceeds 7 days) will not be refunded and the tickets will be viewed as invalid.

    5. The refund procedure will be done in 7 business days, the money will be returned to your credit card account, the actual period of time may vary according to different banks.

    6. If travelers refund their tickets before the release of notice of Kenting Express or before the Central Weather Bureau issue a land warning for the typhoon, whether by refunding at the Kenting Express counter at the HSR Zuoying station or through the booking system online, additional fees will be charged even if the stated date on the tickets coincide with the date of unavailability.

    7. THSR and Kenting Express Ticket Package from ibon IS NOT suitable for【Kenting Express QR CODE Ticket】Tickets refund regulations. Any questions related to the tickets refund, please dial 0800-016-138 or 02-2659-9900.

    1. What should I do if I don't receive a notification email of “Confirmation of payment-Fun2TW” after booking online?

    The online payment procedure indicates the payment has been made with a credit card, if you do not receive email or cannot find the history of that order on the website, the website will consider it as a failed transaction.Please purchase your ticket again.

    2. I would like a round-trip ticket to Henchung, but there's no option for the Henchung stop online, what should I do?

    The online booking service for the Kenting Express only sells tickets of HSR Zuoying ⇔ Kenting. If you wish to arrive at any intermittent stops, you would need to purchase the tickets at the counter or on the Express. Travelers are asked to wait at the station and board if there's seat available.
    If you wish to arrive at Henchung station from Zuoying, we suggest you:
    Sign up and become a member of the Kenting Express online reservation system, log in and purchase a round-trip ticket. Although you would purchase a round-trip ticket from Zuoying to Kenting, however it only costs NT$600 (One-way tickets from Zuoying to Henchung costs NT361), it's cheaper to buy round-trip tickets, and travelers are guaranteed to have available seats at the Henchung Station.

    ※ Notice:
    1. The portion from Kenting 
    ⇔ Henchung will not be refunded.
    2. Please bear in mind to notify the driver that you would like to get off at Henchung when you board the Express.

  • How to book Kenting Express QR Code tickets?

    Please follow step 1-5 to book Kenting Express tickets.

    Step 1. Register Account, and log in

    ( You can log in with Facebook, Weibo, or create new account.)

     

    Step 2. Select origin, destination, travel date, and departure time.

    Zuoying(左營) to Kenting(墾丁) / Kenting(墾丁) to Zuoying(左營)

     

    Step 3. Confirm your name, e-mail, passport number and phone number.

     

     

    Step 4. Select the Number of passengers

    * Adult Full Ticket: NT$392

    * Concession Ticket(For foreigner only child under 12): NT$196

    * Round-Trip Tickets: NT$600

     

    Step 5. Payment (Only Credit Card)

     

    Step 6. You will receive an e-mail and use QR Code ticket to aboard the bus.
